Description of the landscape.

Explanation

Cantalarrana is an inland landscape located in the valley of a Mahía. In Cantalarrana there are stone houses and the Cruceiro of Cantalarrana. In Cantalarrana there is one river: The Sar.

Chronology
Cantalarrana was born around 1980, with all of its elements, and other villages of Ames. We don't know when medieval path was created.

Changes and permanences over time
The landscape has changed a lot. They build many new buildings where there were old stone houses. In the case of Cantalarrana, the technology has advanced a lot.

Cantalarrana is a village of Ames like others.
It has old and new houses like other villages in Ames.

Bertamiráns has a swimming pool, and Cantalarrana no.
Cantalarrana has the Cruceiro de Cantalarrana; Bertamiráns has't got it.

Maybe the amount of cars and pollution or the garbage that is in the ground.

Recommendations for environment sustainability
We can recycle more so that there is no pollution that damages the ecosystems, such as Cantalarrana, we also have to clean well Cantalarrana forests of plastics and crystals so there are no fires. Also the number of cars should be reduced and invasive vegetation should be replaced with native species.

Recommendations for social sustainability
We don’t know because Cantalarrana is a small town where there seems to be enough social equality.

As cousas que permanecen desde que nestas aldeas vive xente son o monte e algún terreo de cultivo

Som unhas aldeas comuns de Galicia con casa ,leiras ,horreos etc.Aunica diferenza que pode haber é que se atopan moi preto do nucleo urbano

A basura tirada no chan,e as casas sen acabar de construir e en ruinas,

Que non poñan tantas torres de electricidade e que non destrocen o monte pola corta excesiva de árbores

Socialmente non hai nada que cambiar xa non hai problemas do tipo de integracion,de mobilidade etc

Explanation

Cantalarrana is a rural and agricultural lanscape. It's near Bertamiráns, has corn fields and the river Sar cosses it.

Chronology
Cantalarrana was here before Bertamiráns. It has arround 60 years (in that time it has three or four houses).

Changes and permanences over time
Now, Cantalarrana has more houses and buildings but some houses are the same as 60 years ago. Also the village and the river are morecontaminated and the fields are smallers.

Simmilarities and differences
It has a very old croos,one river crosses it and there are many roads that you can walk. Like other rurals villages, it has trees, farmlands and houses with animals like sheeps and chickens.

Elements detracting from your landscape
The pollution is a thing that in the present is everywhere and Cantalarrana is not a exception. Also it has half-built houses and are quite ugly in the middle of the field.

Recommendations for environment sustainability
Don't pollute the river and the fields, walk instead of going by car and don't use the machines for both the field (tractors, etc.).

Recommendations for social sustainability
Make routes, build a camping, go walk here and do schools trips for improve social relations.
